(5) (Past) hands-on coding experience within Force.com IDE (Force.com, Apex, Visualforce, DaaS, Flex, Ajax toolkit and S-controls, etc.), product configuration experience, and familiarity with the Force.com sandbox testing environment
(6) Exposure and experience in data migration and integration aspects of the product
(7) Ability to provide technical & functional leadership to the implementation team
(8) Understanding of relational database logic
(9) Command of mainstream SDLC methodologies and related approaches
(10) Certified Force.com developer certification and SFDC ADM 201/301, DEV 401, and DEV 501 training is a huge plus
