- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building capabilities
- Experience with data quality technologies (e.g. Trillium, Informatica Data Quality)
- Experience with MDM technologies (e.g. Siperian, GXS, Oracle Hubs etc)
- Experience with either Customer or Product MDM solutions
- Expertise with at least one ETL tool, preferably Informatica or SSIS
- Experience evaluating and selecting new tools
- Data Architecture, design and development
- Expertise in data modeling
- Expertise with Oracle, SQL Server and/or DB2 UDB.
